Outback is a one-man consultancy run by Dave Collins. My development approach
is based on functionality and on important quality
attributes such as usability, performance, security, reliability, and maintainability. These
can be defined in measurable terms and factored into system architectures. Successful
projects incorporate quality objectives as a fundamental part of the system design.
